As I was sitting here trying to think of what to do with my left over puff pastry. I stumbled upon cinnamon rolls. One of my favorite desserts, breakfasts, snacks, you could have it anytime of day.
Puff Pastry Cinnamon Rolls
Delicious Scale- 9 out of 10
Husband Delicious Scale- 8 out of 10
Prep Time- 25 minutes
So we will start with a sheet of puff pastry. Lay it on your counter and drizzle 1 Tbsp of butter over the top. Then sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar to cover every inch of the top. I guess you could add nuts as well but why would you want to do that?
I cut these I would say about an inch to an inch and a half thick. Place these on parchment paper and cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 18-20 minutes.
Then I topped them with a quick cream cheese icing.
Four ounces softened cream cheese, 1/8 cup powdered sugar, 2 Tbsp milk. Add more or less powdered sugar based on your sweetness level.
This is so so delicious, just the sweet treat that I needed.
Happy Cooking
Those look awesome!

As I am new to your blog, are these all recipes from The Pioneer Woman cookbook? They look delicious! Since I do not like to cook that much (although I love to eat and bake) I think I’ll just follow your blog….
